Very well done. Surprised that I had not seen it before. I had not seen this before either. Thanks for sharing! I'd previously thought Malone was rather weak and boring, but I like her even-keeled take on Joan. I still, though, don't 100% trust the 5-person replacement team for Robert Osborne: Malone, Dave Karger, Ben Mankiewicz, Eddie Muller, and Jacqueline Stewart. Thus far, post-2016 "wokeness," the team seems to be handling the movie legacy intelligently and decently (i.e., sans any calls for censorship of non-politically correct movies). |
