Joanie doesn't have a big part, but they knew to start off with the biggest and best. Lucille LeSueur figures in the earliest vignettes...

- Her 1925 costume test with Erte from the 1925 MGM studio tour. That smile is 100 watts!

- JC in the dressing room scene early in Pretty Ladies, 1925. Again showing off her smile.

- JC as government agent, Jane, in The Boob, which was released in 1926, but I believe shot in 1925

I would like to think that TCM realizes that nearly 60 years after this documentary was made and nearly a century after some of the earliest movies highlighted were made that Joan remains perhaps the most recognizable and enduring stars from the heydey of Hollywood.
