When SS went to Joan’s house before the actual picture being made their introductions. Joan put on a blindfold and walked around her apartment to show Stephen she’s been rehearsing the role. She always did her homework for a role she was going to make. I believe she started that very early in her career and it paid off well. These are things she did on her own time.
Lights, Camera, Action! She was differently ready.

Lights, Camera, Action! She was differently ready. I believe even Bette Davis said that Joan was a consummate professional, always on time, knew her lines, etc. |
